Bringing you blogging world wide

Ok… fulfillment may not be that serious, but it is important to your business. And if not done properly then it could be the death of your company. Even though sell your company brand, and all of that marketing mumbo jumbo is the meat and potatoes that drives your business, the fulfillment process though not as intricate as the marketing aspects, it is just as important.

For branding start with a fancy commercial or a catching phrase, but it ends with the package on your client’s door. First impressions are important, but last impressions can be a deciding factor, and being that the package being delivered is the last impression that your client will come into contact with before they do business with you again, you better be sure that it is a good impression. Statistics show that quality delivery is the most important then any other company service. Delivery is more important then customer service and in sometimes even price. So don’t sell your company short by having ball fulfillment services. If you are lacking in that department, it is not always a bad idea to outsource. When you outsource your fulfillment services you free up more time to focus more on your business instead of concentrating on shipping.

If you saw the movie “Next Day Air” you know all the trouble that can come with bad shipping. But in real life Mos Def will not be able to provide comic relief to smooth out your order fulfillment mishaps. Customers will get angry and business decline.
