Replacement Guitar Neck Install

Monday, December 28th, 2009

The guy from the guitar shop called and said that he had installed the replacement guitar neck in that I wanted. He said that it was not a bad neck and the installation had gone well and he would be able to keep the price that he had quoted me. I asked him what the deal was and he said that the place that manufactures those types of replacement necks business had been booming and the prices for these things were sky rocketing. He did not know how many of them where even around for Christmas. It was either play this price or maybe not get it installed, but then I found out that the manufacturer could get it installed much cheaper. Call Bunker Guitars online first! They install them much cheaper.

Opinion of the Chinese people

Monday, December 28th, 2009

We were over there building dams, projects like that for the Africans. Not poor like the transient laborers pouring into China’s cities, but also not one of the new rich stomping around China courtesy of the economic reforms. Then, because I was bored and tired of having the same conversations over and over, I asked about his own opinion of the Chinese people. My restaurant companion looked at me more closely and asked, “And what do you think of the Chinese people. This, after having painfully studied the Rocket Chinese language for four years and lived and worked in Beijing for another year. It’s what they want to hear: an affirmation of country and culture and a stroke for their nascent sense of superiority, which these days they’re nursing into a full-blown complex.

Nowadays, having the best bathroom is the dream of many homeowners. The bathroom is really an important part of our house that we take pride in creating or remodeling them to become an area of the house that is frequently visited by guests, sometimes envied. Speaking of envy, last year, I was a house guest at an old buddy’s new house and I was really impressed with the construction and design of the house. I would like to especially mention her elegant bathroom because it has Contemporary Bathroom Vanities in it. I wouldn’t mind being stuck all day in that bathroom.

Take It From The Legend

Have you heard of Anna Pavlova? She is considered as one of the greatest and the most famous ballerina of all time. She was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, on January 31, 1882. If you want to become just like her, then you need to have a strong determination to do it. After her, there are many names that emerged after Pavlova and they all have one thing in common. They all have gorgeous and elegant outfits. In choosing the best ballet leotard, you also have to consider your personality. Always bear in mind that if you have a comfortable outfit, it will show in your performances.

The piece of paper my girlfriend found

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

I was in the kitchen making French toast on Sunday around ten in the morning. This is something that I started doing about a month ago when my hours at works got changed around. While soaking the toast in the egg batter my girlfriend came in from the garage and handed me a piece of paper. The paper read “steve guitar krenz“. I then remembered that I had put this piece of paper in my shirt pocket after writing this down a few days before. I thanked my girlfriend for going through all of my pockets and finding this piece of paper.

God Help Me

Monday, December 14th, 2009

Where do we begin. We’ve secured our venue (the fab Tobacco Warehouse), we’ve gone to tastings, we’ve even selected the wine and cake. Now the details. I guess it’s up to me. My fiance is great at a lot of things, but when it comes to new york city wedding photography, there is so much talent, he felt daunted. So I guess it was up to me. I knew what I DIDN’T want for our wedding, a pushy, holier than thou old guy in a rumpled suit running around with a camera like his pants were on fire. My family is difficult. My parents are both remarried to other partners, and I have step siblings with whom my relationships are tenuous at best. My fiance’s family is ten times worse. His brother is always late, his sister lovingly tries to wrangle everyone, and his father is, let’s just say, opinionated. My work was cut out for me. I needed more than a photographer, I needed a therapist-OCD-organizer-devil-may-care-about-our-families-artist documentary style photographer. The word on the street was, that I needed Angela Cappetta.

New Hobby – Making Decoupage

Sunday, December 13th, 2009

Are you the kind of person that will pick something you have to make yourself rather than something that is already made and ready to use? I certainly am and to that end I am always endeavouring to discover new ways of expressing my artistic flair that I have had all of my life. My latest fling is 3D Decoupage; in case you don’t know, 3D Decoupage is the art of layering separate views of the same picture or photograph and building this up into a three dimensional image. You can then take the image and frame it as a picture to hang on your wall or maybe mount it onto a greeting card to give to a friend or member of your family. I’m so far finding it a very rewarding hobby, having bought some of the 3D Prints but also creating my own with the use of my digital camera.

Sharing The Sweet Melodies On The Blues Guitar

Saturday, December 12th, 2009

One of my most favorite things to do in the entire world is to sit down with my blues guitar and play music for the people that I love.  I may not be the best guitar player in the world, but I do know enough to allow people to have a good time.  I would spend hours growing up practicing every single day with an instructor until I learned what I was trying to learn.  Now that I know how to play I am starting to give out lessons to carry this ability on to the next generation.  It’s so exciting to see what is happening.
