I think my brother has delusional disorder? I can’t really be sure but I did some research and I think it is either a delusional disorder or schizophrenia. My parent’s aren’t doing anything to help him get treatment and he seems to be getting worse as the months go by.

I’m looking for help so I can get him treatment. Is there someone I can call to get help? What do I do? Do I call a shrink or a hospital? If I do call them, can they take him by force so he can get treatment for his condition?
