Need Protection?

Saturday, February 20th, 2010

How do you know if you need athletic bras? Well the answer is pretty simple. If you are taking part in any athletic activity, aerobics, running, even yoga, then you should be wearing a sports bra. The intensity level of the activity is going to determine the bra you will need. More vigorous activities such as soccer, volleyball, and basketball will require you to wear a bra that provides maximum support. Yoga will not require as much protection, but you will still need some. The reason for this is you do not want to risk permanent tissue damage from uncontrolled bounce.

The First Day of the New Season

Monday, February 15th, 2010

It’s the first day of the ski season! I am really excited. I’ve had my snowboard out for weeks now, hoping for snow. I never thought that I would find something that I love to do as much as I love snowboarding. You wouldn’t think that a kid from Georgia would take to the snow so easily, but moving to New England has changed my life. I know that the slopes are going to be packed today but I really don’t care. In some ways that makes it even better, a reminder that the season has begun. I’m going to spend every second I can snowboarding this season.

When my husband and I first got married, we decided that we wanted to make sure that our children participated in sports.  I felt that maybe we should get them involved in golfing, so I started looking online for an instructor for them.  I was able to find a man named Rob Watts who comes highly recommended by other clients.  I am going to get more information about him and see if maybe I can get a consultation with him before I do anything.  I am hopeful that I will be to get my children signed up and I hope that they will enjoy it.

Outstanding Treadmill Trainer Volume 1

Saturday, February 6th, 2010

Yuri,

Your treadmill trainer volume 1, is OUTSTANDING,yes its 3 week since I purchased it, and have completed about 10 runs so far. The first two days were difficult and I was not able to complete stage 1, but now I am able to do the whole workout comfortably. On the days I don’t run I use this method of training on a Concept 2 machine or when I swim it works just as good. Your programmes and training method is simple, structured and very effective for both beginners and trained Athletes. Keep up the excellent work Yuri.

And Thanks for this amazing Treadmill workout program.

Chess Takes on a New Twist

Saturday, February 6th, 2010

I was watching TV one night and saw this game that looked very similar to a chess game, only it was played outside with wooden game pieces.  The people on the TV said it was actually a cross between bocce ball and horseshoes, but was similar to chess because of the name of the pieces and the shapes of the wood.  They called it Viking Kubb.  I had never seen or heard of it before, so it was very interesting to watch.  The TV spokesperson said that the game was originally made in the UK but is now available here in the US.  I am looking forward to purchasing a set so we can try the game out ourselves.

Get Custom Cycling Socks That Are Durable

Thursday, February 4th, 2010

I am a full time athlete, so I take pride on doing different events and staying in shape.  Over the last few months, I have taken a great interest in cycling and plan on participating in my city’s charity event next month.  There are a few things that I still need and the top one on my checklist is custom cycling socks.  I need something that will help manage moisture and are highly durable at all times.  I think I am going to ask the bike shop if they have any suggestions and then I can order exactly what I need.

Most people don’t realize it but golf is a billion dollar sport. It is not just golf clubs, golf bags and clubs that make up this economy it is much, much more. One of the major attractions to resort locations and sub developments is a high quality golf course. The new golf putting aids that I used at the trade show were terrific. Most people score poorly in golf because they can not properly line up their putts. With these new putting aids it is a lot easier. The cost for these golf devices are also inexpensive and affordable for most golf enthusiasts.

Improve Jump with Resistance Band Training

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

My father has been coaching football and basketball at the high school level since he retired from college coaching five years ago. Those sports require an athlete to be able to jump very high to be successful. He trains all of his players using resistance bands. He tells them all, resistance band training is excellent for maximizing your vertical jump. They work with the resistance bands throughout the majority of their workout regime every day. Each one of the new players has improved his jump tremendously since joining the team.  His team is always in the championships for his league.

When people think of a bodybuilding training program, they may feel intimidated at first. They may think the workouts are too hard, or they are too out of shape to start, or that they physically will not be able to do the workouts. Everyone has to start somewhere, though, and bodybuilding is one of the best workouts that you can do to cater to any level of fitness. You can start where you are physically, with exercises that you can do now and then improve over time. With bodybuilding, you can achieve the body you want and have always dreamed about.

Because I tend to get bored if I do the same work out every single day I like to mix things up a little bit.  Last week I was doing Yoga, and while it was okay I did not feel like I was being challenged enough.  I kept this in mind when I chose the type of workout that I wanted to try out this week and as a result ended up choosing something that would really challenge me.  The mma core strength program that I have been doing fits the bill as it has been kicking my butt and I am enjoying it so much that I will continue on with it for the foreseeable future.
