My family is a family of plumbers and that’s what our business is.  Because we are selling a service, we didn’t see a great need for us to be on the Internet.  A few years ago, our business was starting to suffer and we didn’t really know why.  It wasn’t until my nephew offered to get us online and get us a splashy web design.  He explained that our site was going to tie in with keywords so if people searched google for us, our company would poop up.  It didn’t make sense at first, but now that we’re getting calls left and right, it makes a lot of sense now.
