When it comes to training my arms, I like to get it all done in the same day. In order to get this done alot of times I have to enhance my workout by doing things like using super sets in my workout.  This will allow me to get done my workout much faster if I do not have that much time to exercise.  ButI also like to start with my triceps instead of my biceps.It seems like I build more muscle in hte first half of my workout then I do in the later portion. So I make sure to really get my tris.
