Cell Tech is a creatine formula that is designed to increase muscle mass and strength. When I first started using it, I did notice results quickly and had about an eleven pound weight gain within two weeks. Cell Tech is a bit on the expensive side, but I wanted to try out all the big name products out there. The flavors of Cell Tech are really good compared to others. Although I was able to decrease my body fat slightly and increase my muscle mass, I quit the product when I realized how much sugar and carbs it contained. I had a much bigger problem with water retention with Cell Tech than with other products.
