For the past year I have been working out almost every day. I have been doing the exercise bike, treadmill and also some weights here and there. But I was not getting the results that I wanted. I wanted to look bigger and bulkier. So, I just started a new bodybuilding exercise. I know that I may be seeing things, however I would swear that I am already starting to see results. I am feeling and looking a lot stronger than I was before. I am very glad that I started doing this and am looking forward to seeing more results in time.
