I like to think of myself as a healthy person. I eat well and I exercise but lately, the stress in my life has been too much. I have been having anxiety attacks lately. I know that a lot of people turn to prescription medicine, but I am looking for a natural attacking anxiety cure. If I need to, I will take a prescription but I feel like I should start with something natural. I try to be healthy and I think that sticking with a natural cure makes the most sense for me if I can find one that works.
