My husband and I are considering alternative medicine for some of our health needs. We have been reading up on all the treatments out there that we had never heard of before. One of the rather unusual  practices that has just opened in our area is Long Island Colonics. It seems rather strange to me, but the reports are very promising. Colonics are recommended for people who have digestive ailments or just want to keep their intestines cleaned out from time to time. My husband is a little skeptical about the whole idea but I told him that we should at least check it out.
