The best lose weight program is one that takes into account many facets of health.  When the body is healthy, then it will naturally be at its ideal weight.  If not, then the body will remain unable to lose weight.  In order for someone to lose weight efficiently their body has to be functioning correctly, and that means they have to put in some effort into their daily lifestyle.  For example, if one focuses on eating correctly for their body, exercising regularly, and doing periodic cleansing, then the body will be clean, strong and healthy.  If one does this consistently then they will no doubt lose weight quickly and effectively.
