The construction had been going on for what seemed like forever. From the outside it like a huge tube. Rumor had been going around town that the tube was simply a new type of room or a bridge for larger semi-trucks, but when you looked inside the tube it was obvious that it was not meant for traffic at all. A giant fan was inside the tube and glued to the tunnels wall were directions labeled Wind turbine plans. Our city was building a giant turbine in order to improve the cities energy issues. Soon our homes would all be powered by the winds.
