Bringing you blogging world wide

Lately, I’ve taken on cookery duties from my mother. Cooking for a family of eight is no easy job. I could barely say no to my mother though, as she’s been weakened by a fall. I find it amazing that the cookware in her kitchen has never required replacement. It’s not tagged among the best cookware sets of the year, but it doesn’t have to be. Her cookware is incredibly long-lived. Copper cookware has no place in my mother’s kitchen though. She instructed me how to “season” a cast iron pan so that it’d be nonstick like the ones she owns. She used to live in Asia and discovered everything she knows about cooking there.
