My wife was up in Tarzana the other day with her older brother Phil. Ever since I have known my wife her whole family has been in the real estate business at some level. Some of her family work in the field and others just invest in real estate. The reason my wife and Phil were up in Tarzana was that Phil had found a home to buy and they were checking it out. My wife called me around noon on that day and told me about the roof, a Corner Kitchen Sink Undermount, the sprinkler system, and a few other aspects of the house. She also told me she would be bringing home lunch.
