I received a rather terse text message the other day from a friend asking me to “help get ex husband back” and I was a little confused. Did she mean get him back as in revenge for being an unfaithful idiot or get him back as in reconciliation because for some reason she still loved him? After giving it careful consideration, I realized my friend is a very loving and forgiving person so she must want him back in her life. I texted her back and told her she could count on me. Then I put on my thinking cap to try to figure out a way to bring these two back together to see if they could discover happiness once again.
