A few days ago, as I was inattentively listening to the 4:00 news on my path home from shopping, I caught some news that truly caught my attention. The political leaders in Kentucky are aiming to ban all pay day loan funding now. As the newsperson was reading the write up, I started to fume! The naive congressmen are blasting Payday Loan enterprises for spawning financial difficulties for the poverty-stricken and they fully surmise that payday loan advance recipients must be sheltered. I thought to myself, that perhaps they might also focus on loan companies that impose big charges for overdrafts, electric businesses who exhort late fees in addition to re-connect charges, and national credit card companies that circumstantially reveal exaggerated rates of interest.
